Citizens for a Healthy Bay actively monitors and restores wildlife habitat in the Commencement Bay area of Tacoma.  April is Earth Day month.  On April 12 we will be holding our annual Earth Day restoration event at our Mowitch site on the Hylebos Waterway off Marine View Dr.  This site is a salt marsh and we will be doing a major planting of salt marsh native plants.  This event is great for all ages.  Kids especially love to dig in the dirt and plant.  If you like working out of doors and helping the environment please join us today.  Lunch will be provided.

Kids are welcome at this event with adult supervision.
